Located in the center of town, this hotel offers easy transportation and free parking. The hotel staff were kind and accommodating, even when my check-in time changed. The room was tidy and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious.
Cannot find any fault.

Had an amazing New Year's experience in this charming town. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the town center. The staff was very courteous and accommodating, they went out of their way to ensure we felt at home. The cozy and comfortable room made our stay all the more enjoyable, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. We especially appreciated the easy access to public transportation and the nearby attractions.
Although the hotel was a great value for the price, the noise level from the street was a bit disturbing, particularly during the night. the room was not very soundproofed, so we could hear other guests in the nearby rooms.

We stayed in a spacious and tidy family apartment that was located in the center of this quaint town. the apartment was roomy and had a separate kitchen and outdoor private courtyard which was a great space to unwind. it was very easy to reach the place from the main station, and it was brilliantly located in the centre of Saalfeld.
The staff was not particularly welcoming, and there was renovation going on, so, there was constant noise.

The personnel was kind and understanding despite my transportation delay. The room was tidy and comfortable. The location was central and easy to reach from the main station. The accommodation was spacious with separate bedrooms, kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

This charming accommodation has a great location close to the town center and all necessary amenities. the spacious family apartment offered comfortable beds, multiple separate rooms, and a private outdoor courtyard for relaxation. We also appreciated the convenience of on-site parking.
There was no Wi-Fi available, making it difficult to stay connected with friends and family. the lack of English proficiency from the staff made communication challenging at times.
